She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Ira Breedlove and Jewell Stone Breedlove; her husband Vievan Allen; and her sister Arlene Breedlove Lowery. She is survived by: her daughter Cyndee Brown (Bryan); her grandchildren, Lauren Davis (Blake), Morgan Garner (Ryan), Tate, Bodie, Paislee, Charlee, Clara and Waylon; her brother-in-law Bernard Lowery; and her niece Tina Lowery Korpi.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 4th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Meadows Funeral Home (760 State Hwy 11, Monroe, GA 30655). The lying in state will be held on Wednesday, November 5th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Center Hill Baptist Church (2940 Gratis Rd, Monroe, GA 30656). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, November 5th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
