It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joe Paul Collins of Monroe, Georgia, born in Conyers, Georgia, who passed away on July 3, 2022, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Collins and Cornelia Collins; his wife Joann Payne Collins; his son Tony Randal Collins; and his brothers, Howard Collins, Sam Collins, Owen Collins and Robert Collins.

He is survived by: his sons, Steve Collins (Shlaine) of Loganville and Chris Collins (Beth) of Monroe; his siblings, Arlene Watson of Porterdale, Edward Collins of Conyers, Pete Collins of Hiawassee and Jimmy Collins of Covington; his grandchildren, Katie Judd, Kurt Collins, Sarah Beth Roebuck, Jackson Collins, Logan Collins and Brooke Collins; and his great grandchild Lynlee Collins. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
