She was predeceased by: her parents, James A. Yarbrough and Elsie Kathleen Yarbrough; her siblings, Joanette Tolleson, James Yarbrough Jr. (Sonny), Isaac Horace Yarbrough and Clifford Curtis Yarbrough; her granddaughter Marissa Eidson; and her great grandchildren, Brooklyn Morrell and PJ Gravette.
She is survived by: her husband Edmund Joseph Eidson Sr.; her sister Brenda Eidson; and her children, Shan Alford, Kathy Deaton, Edmund Joseph Eidson Jr. (Kimberly Eidson) and Jeffrey Eidson (Michelle Eidson). She is also survived by her husband's heart, in her children's lives, in her daughters-in-love, and in every grandchild and great-grandchild.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Meadows Funeral Home (760 State Hwy 11, Monroe, GA 30655). A funeral service was held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Jersey Baptist Church (1891 Alcovy Station Rd, Covington, GA 30014).
