He was predeceased by: his parents, Patty Sue Jameson and Ambrose Pierce Mercier; his brother Keith Mercier; and his son Phillip Ambrose Mercier. He is survived by: his wife Becky Wright Mercier; his daughter Mackenzie Castro (Frankie Castro-Andino); his brother Ken Mercier (Jeannie); his nephew Jeremiah (Lydia); his grandchildren, Catalina Castro and Ishayel Bernier; his siblings-in-law, Phillip, Kristi Wright and Deb Mercier; his sibling's children, Bryan (Kimberly), Pierce and Alise; his aunts and uncles, Linda Sheriff, James Maxwell, Carl Lee and Patricia Mercier; his great-nephews, Noah Mercier, Alex Mercier, Lucas Mercier and Slade Dishman; and his great-niece Harper Mercier.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 15th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Faith Baptist Church (1789 State Hwy 11, Monroe, GA 30656).
