He is survived by: his wife Sharon Denny of Monroe, GA; his children, Tammy Long (Van Long) of Roxboro, NC, Angela Vaughn (Timmy Vaughn) of Roxboro, NC, Jessica Davis (Kenny Davis) of Roxboro, NC, Mandi Dale (Bill Dale) of Loganville, GA, Brian Keith Jones of Loganville, GA and Megan Jones (David Lamb); his grandchildren, Lindsey, Drew, Jordan, Tyler, Mollie, Kinley, Presley, Hannah, Kailie, Caroline, Stevie, Faith, Kendal, James, Gabi and Isa; and his brother Brent Denny (Janie Denny) of Roxboro, NC. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Western Carolina Emergency Network to support families devastated by Hurricane Helene in the mountain region of NC, where Larry often enjoyed bluegrass festivals. Donations can be made online at Western Carolina Emergency Network.
