She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Carl Edwards of Monroe County, Tennessee. and Arvie Jones Edwards of Monroe County, Tennessee.; her siblings, Lenis Edwards Frerichs, Lucile Edwards Dalton and J. W. Edwards (Bud); her daughter Melinda Witt Thomasson (Jeff Thomasson); and her granddaughter Eliza Thomasson.
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 18th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Bible Baptist Church (1180 Old Monroe Madison Hwy, Monroe, GA 30655). A memorial service will be held on Friday, September 18th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
