She is survived by: her children, Marlena Sweeney (Stanley) of Cameron, NC, Nelson McKenzie, Jr. of Monroe, GA and Anzlie McKenzie of Monroe, GA; her daughter-in-law Alexandra Browyn Chaney of Monroe, GA; her sisters, Paulette Andrews of McComb, MS, Diane Ballard of Hemphill, TX and Margaret Stockton of Baton Rouge, LA; and her grandchildren, Coral Sweeney (Michael), Adian Sweeney and Leah Highwood. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, November 2nd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the TIM Stewart Funeral Home (670 Tom Brewer Rd, Loganville, GA 30052). A funeral service was held on Monday, November 3rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Chapel of TIM Stewart Funeral Home (670 Tom Brewer Rd, Loganville, GA 30052).
