He was predeceased by: his parents, Nelson Roy Jackson and Gladys Treadwell Jackson; his wife Mary Ellen Jackson (Bridges); his son Jay Marvin Jackson; and his siblings, Amy Jackson Smith, Roy Maurice Jackson and Cecil Jackson.
He is survived by: his children, Sherry Leigh Jackson, Karen Jackson Whaley (Kelly) and Michael Andrew Jackson (Becky); his brother Neal Jackson (Linda); and his grandchildren, Andrew Whaley, Allison Whaley, Ansley Jackson, Reilly Jackson and Abby Jackson.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Center Hill Baptist Church (2940 Gratis Rd, Monroe, GA 30656). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
