She is survived by: her children, Herman W. Brown, Jr. (Deborah S.), Sherry Brown Decker (Terry Allen) and Elizabeth Brown Oaks (Jeffery Scott); her grandchildren, Kasey Decker, Mason Decker, Maria B. Foster (Cody), Georgia B. Cordell (Kenneth), Herman W. Brown III (Gabby), Ashlee Oaks Moody (Rhett), Alex Oaks and Shelby Oaks; her great grandchildren, Sadie Foster, Brooks Foster, Allen Cordell, Maggie Cordell and Sarah Cordell; and her sisters, Shelby Hawkins and Patricia Malcom (Harry). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.

Visitation was held on Monday, May 4th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Harmony Baptist Church (1310 Harmony Church Rd, Monroe, GA 30655). A funeral service was held on Monday, May 4th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
