He is survived by: his wife Joyce Holbrook Brown; his children, Christopher Brown, Cynthia Brown Adams (Cameron) and Melissa Brown; his brothers, Melvin Brown (Beth), Alan Brown, Larry Brown and Timmy Brown (Sherri); and his close friend James Lee Thompson. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
