She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Ellen and George Cusick; her husband John V. Conway; her siblings, Robert "Bob" Cusick and Diane Cusick; and her nephew Danny Cusick.
She is survived by: her children, John A. Conway, Colleen Conway and Karen Conway; her niece Yvette Gahan (Bo); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Brittany and Ryan; and her nephew Brian Cusick (Brad McKee).
