She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Curtis Sheppard and Evelyn Louise Sheppard (Peacock); and her husbands, Thomas Aaron Curles and Col. Charles D. Chitty, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Tom Curles (late Beth), David Curles (Christina), Evelyn Warren (Michael), Ladye Grace (Ed) and Cristy Holloman (Clark); her siblings, Susan Smith and Johnny Sheppard (Lyn); and her grandchildren, Betsy Johnson, Stephanie Leeman, Seth Curles, Rachel Murphy, Rebekah McLain, Kevin Dye, Todd Dye, Scott Dye, Tiffany Sullens, Brittney Filter, Trey Dawkins, Mannah Hills and Zakk Smith.
