She was predeceased by: her parents, Marvin Otis Toney and Beatrice Milligan Toney; her former husband Paul P. Bowling of Clarkston; and her husband Harold Payne Sr.. She is survived by: her children, John Kory Bowling (Christine) of Braselton, Georgia, Kimberly Neill of Watkinsville, Georgia and Kelly Denny (Don) of Watkinsville; her siblings, Gary Toney, Sr. of Lilburn and Joyce Galloway (Jack) of Cartersville, Georgia.; and her grandchildren, Stephanie Hale (Cory Hale) of Dacula, Georgia, Kayla Pedersoli of Braselton, Georgia, Brandon Bowling (Peyton Bowling) of Hattiesburg, Mississippi, Elena Taglieri (Zac Taglieri) of Port St, Daniel Denny of Watkinsville, Georgia and Tyler Denny of Watkinsville, Georgia.. She is also survived by two great-grandchildren and several dear nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Bill Head Funeral Homes and Crematory - Lilburn/Tucker Chapel (6101 Lawrenceville Hwy, Tucker, GA 30084). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, December 12th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
