He is survived by: his wife Sandra Gaylor (Griffin); his sons, Rob Gaylor (Kathy) and Ryan Gaylor (Shannon); his grandchildren, Austin Gaylor, Everett Gaylor and Beckett Gaylor; and his siblings, Mary Lee and Steve Cohen (Lisa).
