He was predeceased by: his parents, William Guy Pannell and Edith Elder Pannell. He is survived by: his wife Elaine Farmer Pannell; his daughters, Casey Eden and Avie Winter; and his siblings, Dean Farmer, Linda Davis, Sherrie Malcom, Teresa Patterson, Jane Quick and Nathan Pannell. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
