He was predeceased by: his parents, Bobby Joe and Doris McElwaney Casper; and his brother Kenny Joe Casper. He is survived by: his wife Rose Marie Casper; his daughters, Tina Vrba (Don) and Crystal Escalante; his grandchildren, Meghan Goodrich (Nick), Alleeyah Casper (Zackery Edwards) and Jordyn Vrba; and his great grandchildren, Jackson, Blaire and Ellie.
