He was predeceased by: his parents, Lucille Ann Farrell and William Talmadge Skipper; and his sisters, Angela Sharpe and Deborah Dire. He is survived by: his fiancée Paula Chadwick; his children, Britney Jordan Collins (Daniel) and Andrew Franklin Skipper (Leah); his grandchildren, Lily Ann Collins, Isabella Mae Skipper, Wyatt Nathaniel Skipper, Gemma Elise Skipper and Evelynn Kate Skipper; and his sister Cheryl Webb (David). He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
