He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry "Doc" Whitehead, Jr. and Christine "Tina" Whitehead (Donna Sue Whitehead). He is survived by: his son Cameron Whitehead (Amanda); his grandchildren, Dustyn and Savannah; his brothers, Jeffery and Andrew (Vikki); his significant other Gay Crawford; and his partner's children, Wanda, Joey and Amy. He is also survived by spouses, her 6 Grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
