He is survived by : his wife Sharon Cook; his children, Nick Cook of Monroe, GA and Stacy; his son-in-law Bobby Gilliam of Charleston, WV; his grandson Trey Gilliam of Charleston, WV; his brother Bob; his sisters-in-law, Summer Cook of Monroe, GA and Misti Holbrook of Lawrenceville, GA; and his friend Tim. He is also survived by several nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins.
