She was predeceased by: her parents, Wendell Butler and Bernice Butler; her brothers, Kenneth Butler and David Butler; and her brother-in-law Kenneth Woodruff.
She is survived by: her husband Steve Treadway; her daughters, Shelly Treadway and Gina Treadway-Gibbs; her son-in-law Chad Gibbs; her granddaughter Gracyn Gibbs; and her siblings, Thomas (Martha Butler), Richard (Debbie Butler) and Carol Woodruff. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
