It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Virginia Knighten of Monroe, Georgia, who passed away on March 21, 2024, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, James William Elliott (Monroe) and Lois Edwards Elliott; her husband R. Q. Knighten; her son David Knighten; and her brother Herman Elliott.
She is survived by : her daughters, Janet (Frank Byers), Annette Cronon and Carol Stevens. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren, and 10 great great grandchildren.
