He was predeceased by : his grandparents, Carl, Shirley Westberry and Charles McKellar; and his aunts, Tadra McKellar–Smith and Patricia Dowdell.

He is survived by : his parent Eleanor Carter (Al-Drick Carter); his grandmother Barbara McKellar (James Troutman); his children, Sienna McKellar, Ayden Clark and Kingston McKellar; his siblings, Priscilla (Desi), Jessica, Justice Holmes, Carzareous, Carlil Westberry of Unadilla, GA, Reshard Harris of Atlanta, GA, David and Carzavious Fields of Pinehurst, GA; his aunts and uncles, Albert, Irene, Bernice, Willie, Genesis, Matthew, Mack, Latasha, Betty Ann, Morranda, Samuel, Charlene McKellar and Charles McKellar; his cousins, Nickey, Erica, Malexis, Eric Felton Jr., Donkira, Charlique, Anthony, Antonio and Charnesha; and his brother Marcus Hannor. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and sorrowing friends.

“Hey Uncle Carl i know you weren’t my blood uncle but you are my uncle by the good mighty grace of God Imma miss you man and thank you for all you did for my family when you helped take care of the dogs and thank you for getting my school books for me when i needed them and my mom wasn’t able to do it thank you for all you have done for us rest up uncle carl we love you”
