He is survived by: his parents, Perry Lee Fountain Jr. and Terri Elaine Hardy Fountain; his son James Patrick Howell; his close friend Ruth Howell; and his brother Cecil Thomas Fountain. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
