Betty Tuggle Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Tuggle of Monticello, Georgia, who passed away on March 8, 2024, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Chester McMichael and Idalu McMichael; and her husband Leon Tuggle. She is survived by : her daughter Betsy; her son-in-law Keith Daniel of Winder; her son Bob; her daughter-in-law Karla Tuggle of Monticello; her grandchildren, Ken, Brian, Paul, Glade and Lucy; her great grandchildren, Phoebe and Ansley; and her brother Jim McMichael. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other family members and many close friends.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to New Hope Methodist Church, 2607 New Hope Road, Monticello, GA 31064 or to Tuggle-Fears Cemetery, in care of the Bank of Monticello.
