He is survived by: his children, Cathy King (Andy "AB" Senn) and Frankie Small; his grandchildren, Jessica Blackwell, Josh Mattison (Amber), Lindsey Selman (Brad), Chelsea and Aaron Small; his great grandchildren, Payton Harwood, Morgan Blackwell, Lance Blackwell, Cayden Mitchell, Gabriel Blankenship, Juliette Blankenship, Eli Mattison, Scarlett Mattison, Rosie and Oden; his great great grandchildren, Nova Blackwell, Maddox Harwood and Colson Blackwell; and his sons, Gino Arteaga, Payton Harwood, Lance Blackwell, Josh Mattison, Matthew McMurry, Cayden Mitchell and Joseph "Jo Jo" Mattison.
