He was predeceased by : his parents, Grover Cleveland Reid and Viola Farr Reid Burch; and his sisters, Vivian R. Sourdiff and Edna R. Holley. He is survived by : his wife Mary Pickron Reid; his children, Jimmy C. Reid, Jr., Donna R. Carter (Charles), Margie R. Byrd and Sharon R. Herrod; his mother-in-law Faye Pickron; and his brother-in-law John Pickron.
