He is survived by: his parents, Richard J. Lanyi and Sarah Sage Lanyi (Sage) of Acworth Georgia; his son Adam Lanyi of Moreland, Georgia; his siblings, Thomas R. Lanyi (Mary Beth) of Morland Georgia, David R. Lanyi (Bonnie) of Mt. Dora, Florida and Joanne Lambie (Corey) of Acworth Georgia; and his nieces and nephews, John, Alex, Eric Lambie of Acworth Georgia, Sarah Crabbs (Andrew) of Florida, Allison Morris (Kyle), Sophia Morris, Lyla Morris of Moreland and Julie Lanyi of California.
In lieu of flowers, the family request memorial contributions be made to the Coweta County.
