It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jimmie Harold Thomas of Morgan, Georgia, born in Blakely, Georgia, who passed away on December 4, 2025, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Thomas and Nedosa Thomas; his son Jimmie Harold Thomas Jr.; and his brothers, Billy Thomas and Bobby Thomas (Gail) of Bainbridge, GA.
He is survived by: his significant other Peggy Thomas; his son Ryan Thomas of Albany, GA; his grandchildren, Ty Thomas, Hill Thomas (Kennedie) and Breana Shippey; his great grandchild Emmaline Thomas; and his siblings, Lisa Herrera (Armando) of Jonesboro, GA and L. J. Thomas of El Paso, TX.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 19th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Manry Jordan Hodges Funeral Home (21802 Lucile Rd, Blakely, GA 39823). A funeral service will be held on Friday, December 19th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
