We are sad to announce that on November 30, 2024, at the age of 83, Doyal C. Long of Morganton, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, may Doyal find peace everlasting, cradled in the gentle embrace of the universe. And as we stand on the shores of remembrance, may his legacy inspire us to live each day with purpose, passion, and profound gratitude for the gift of life itself.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Blaine Long and Trophie Long; his son Keith Long; and his sister Helen Cork. He is survived by: his wife Oneita Long; his daughters, Karen Joyce and Kay Crook; his sisters, Ruth Worley and Vera Ann Twiddy; and his brother-in-law Genie Tipton. He is also survived by six grandchildren, twenty-three great grandchildren and four great-great grandchildren.
