It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Gene Charles Bahls of Morganton, Georgia, born in Danville, Illinois, who passed away on November 11, 2024, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin Bahls and Renetta Bahls; his wife Marilyn Bahls; and his sons, David Bahls and Steven Bahls.

He is survived by: his daughter Sara Neville; his sister Carol Johnston; and his grandchildren, Jennifer Spear (Brian), Christopher Durre (Shannon) and Elizabeth Williams (Jason). He is also survived by several great grandchildren.
