He was predeceased by: his parents, George Rice and Sadie Rice; and his sister Pat Rice. He is survived by: his wife Jo Ann Rice; his daughter Stephanie Davenport (Jeff); his brothers, Bethel Rice (Mary), Freddie Rice (Judy) and Billy Joe Rice (Mary); and his grandchildren, Tyler Rice and Kells Stephens.
