He is survived by: his daughter Shawna Tipton (Jason Rhoads); his grandchildren, Sienna Seagle and Pierson Archer; his siblings, Carolyn Chambers, Randy Tipton (Carole), Shirley Tipton and Richard Tipton (Donna); his significant other Kathy Penland; and his uncle Frank Tipton. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.
