He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Sutton Fulghum and Amy Ola Lindsey Fulghum; and his wife Sarah Willene Youmans. He is survived by: his children, Carolyn Fulghum Allwine (Nash) of Greensboro, GA and Charles S. Fulghum (Gina) of Forest Park, GA; his grandchildren, Alicia Putman (Richard) of Dripping Springs, TX, David Allwine (Stephanie) of Kingsland, GA, Cole Fulghum of Gainesville, GA and Chandler Severson (Juwan) of Vinings, GA; his great grandchildren, Zach Allwine (Chellbe), Kimberly Roque (Josh), Selena Cook, Adam Allwine, Jadon Putman (Makayla), Ryan Allwine and Brenna Putman; his great great grandchildren, Penny Roque, Ronin, Grayson Allwine and Freya Rogers; and his brother-in-law Pete Stokes of Perry, GA. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Calendar Thomas L. Scroggs Funeral Directors (6362 S Lee St, Morrow, GA 30260). A funeral service was held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the same location.
