He was predeceased by: his parents, Grace Mae Miller and Harlan Thomas Richardson. He is survived by: his sibling's children, Gloria Carter, Bob Fulcher and Randy Richardson; his great-nieces, Robin Hageman, Julie Griffin and Amber Morgan; his granddaughter Rachael Dearing; his daughter Jeanie; the mother of his child Barbara Jean; and his sibling's children, Shirley Rhodes, Wayne Richardson and Jerry Fulcher.
