He is survived by: his wife Joan Richardson; his mother Clover R. Richardson; his children, Gregory Oneil Richardson Jr., Joneil Richardson, Janelle Richardson and Dr. Janeece Richardson; his grandson Karter "King" Richardson; and his siblings, Courtney "Ruddy" Henry (Joan), Sharon Kalphat (Ronald), Charmaine Richardson, Michelle Pottinger (Theodore Sr.), Nigel Richardson, Richard Richardson Sr., Raymond "Brad" Richardson (Monique), Tricia Richardson and Octavia "Tavia" Daring (Kerwin). He is also survived by other loving relatives and friends.
Viewing was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Legacy Funeral Chapel (8968 Fayetteville Rd, Jonesboro, GA 30238). Visitation was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 at 9:30 AM at the First Baptist Church (142 College St, Jonesboro, GA 30236). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the College Park Memorial Cemetery (3600 Adams St, Atlanta, GA 30337).
