He is survived by: his wife Shirley; his children, Yolander Heard (Reginald) of Fairburn, Georgia, Rosalind Billingsley of Atlanta and James Billingsley, Jr. of Framingham; his siblings, Carolyn Gibbs of California City and Lawrence Billingsley (Cynthia) of Birmingham; and his nieces, Veronica Ellison of Fairfield and Minister Jackie Tucker (Michael) of Birmingham. He is also survived by grandchildren, three (3) great grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, three (3) God daughters.
