He is survived by: his children, Jeffrey (Lizzie), Kimberly (Adam), Tabatha (Hope) and Dallas (Leanna); his grandchildren, Elizabeth (Chad), Heather (Slade), Katelyn, Lennix, Layla and Colt; and his sister Ginger. He is also survived by nieces and nephew.
