He is survived by: his wife Chiqui O'Leary; his children, Sean (Crissy), Patrick (Laura Metelovski), Jacqueline Mihlfeld (Kevin) and Brigid (David Couture); his grandchildren, Lolo (Levi Pallinger), Mitchell O'Leary, Nico Covert, Ian Covert, Warrick Couture and Anne Couture; and his siblings, Maureen Orozco (California), Juel Van Blarcom (Hawaii) and Humphrey O'Leary III (Manila). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
