He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin Henry Bullard and Cleo Howell Bullard; his great grandchildren, Mya Cooley and Jacen Barrett Cox; and his siblings, Melvin Bullard, Mary Jo Jarvis and Bobbie Braswell.
He is survived by: his daughters, Melissa Garza (Rachel), Angel Moore (Paul) and Jennifer Roberts (Jason); the mother of his children Diane McDaniel; and his sister Faye Mitchell. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Cobb Funeral Chapel (2441 Camilla Hwy, Moultrie, GA 31768).
