It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Carlos Levane Fowler of Moultrie, Georgia, who passed away on December 3, 2024, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Roscoe Fowler and Mildred Louise Eubanks Fowler; and his brothers, Oliver Burt Itson and Joseph Lamar Fowler. He is survived by: his daughters, Carla Fowler Bird (Kim) and Amy Fowler Williams (Michael); his grandchildren, Savanna McMillan (Joseph), Courtney Williams (Hunter), Payton Williams, Jessica Marshall (Jim), Jared Bird (Iri) and Ryan Bird; and his great grandchildren, Carson Williams, Preston Marshall, Nathan Marshall and Owen Marshall. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and other extended family members and friends.
