He is survived by: his wife Joy Elizabeth Stripling Phillips of Moultrie; his sons, Dustin Phillips (Lori) of Moultrie, Will Phillips (Lisa) of Moultrie and Daniel Phillips (Alexandra) of Canton; his grandchildren, Kendell Spencer, Grayson Phillips, Hayden Phillips, Graylynne Phillips and Arden Phillips; his stepfather Bobby Hampton, Sr. of Norman Park; his siblings, James Phillips (Cindy) of Moultrie, Bobby Hampton, Jr. (Susan) of Camilla, Patsy Jenkins of Moultrie, Frances Phillips of Norman Park, Dianne Flowers (Davy) of Guyton, Charlotte Guy (Jesse) of Ohclocknee and Regina (family: Tommy Sanderson); and his brother-in-law Marty Dismuke. He is also survived by family; and several other nieces and nephews.
