He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen Edward Twedell and Suzanne Helen Johnson Twedell. He is survived by: his wife Della Suzanne Moore Twedell; his daughter Aleasa Twedell of Moultrie; and his sister Tracy Fransico (Phil) of Ft. Valley. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
