He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifton Leo Russell and Nadine Tompkins Russell; and his sisters, Linda Russell Stripling and Maxie Russell. He is survived by: his wife Elaine Barnard Russell; his children, Jacob Russell of Moultrie, Russell Barton (Mickey), Sam Barton (Amanda) and Judy Coleman of Moultrie; his grandchildren, Ryleigh, Frank, Abigail, Brady and Jaxon; and his siblings, Faye Griner and Donnie of Moultrie. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
