He was predeceased by: his parents, James Leo Manning and Ernestine Dell Beach; and his daughter Angela Manning. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Welch Manning; his children, Craig Manning (Imarald), Hunter Manning and Mandolin Manning of Moultrie; his grandchildren, Caelan Manning and Waylon Manning; and his siblings, Dave Manning of Moultrie, Doug Manning of Valdosta, Melanie Buckland of Norman Park and Debbie Vizcarrondo of Valdosta. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and other extended family.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Saint Jude's Children's Hospital or the American Heart Association.
