She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Wells and Leila Mae Stubbs Wells; and her husband Guy Felton Folsom, Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Elaine Shelton, Guy Felton Folsom, Jr. (Jerri Conway), Wendell Thomas Folsom (Pilorihna) and Alva Paul Folsom (Cherie). She is also survived by ten grandchildren; twenty-three great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Cobb Funeral Chapel (2441 Camilla Hwy, Moultrie, GA 31768). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Cobb-Suncrest Memorial Gardens (2441 GA-37, Moultrie, GA 31768).
