Eunice Pearl Kelly Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Eunice Pearl Kelly of Moultrie, Georgia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 4, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Elijah Thomas Riggs and Georgia Belle Parker Riggs; her husband John Allen Kelly; her daughter Katrina Buckner; her daughter-in-law Carol Strickland; and her siblings, Julius Ceasar "JC" Riggs, Gladys Irene Riggs Baker, Ruth Riggs Welch Burns, Sarah Virginia Riggs Reese, Dorothy Riggs Wills, Linda Kay Riggs Boyd and George Thomas Riggs.
She is survived by: her children, Thomas "Andy" Strickland, Tim W. Strickland (Tammy) and Sandra A. Strickland; and her grandchildren, Tommy Strickland (Shanna), Terri Collier, Cathy Deojay (Art), Melinda Garren, Tasha Brinkley (Andy), Brandie Bryan (Buddy), Michelle Greene (Mitch York), Belle Strickland Campbell (Maclay), Timothy Strickland and Emily Strickland. She is also survived by great-grandchildren; great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:45 PM at the Pine Grove Baptist Church (4103 Bay Rockyford Rd, Moultrie, GA 31768). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
