He is survived by: his wife Kathy Elaine Ingram Green of Moultrie; his sons, Glen David Green, Jr. (Mattye) of Moultrie and Christopher Ryan Green (Brittannie) of Moultrie; his grandchildren, Savannah Nicole Green, Asa Victoria Elaine Green and Glen David Green, III; his siblings, Tommy Green (Donna), Kenny Green (Pam) and Jeanine Stafford (Pete); and his close friends, Jeff and Cathy Holden of Berlin. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
