She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Franklin Kilgore and Callie Gray Kilgore; her husband James Rudolph Shiver; her children, Wayne Shiver and Cathy Iris Tomlinson; and her siblings, Lois Frances Kilgore, Nellie Mae Miller, Robert Kilgore, Johnny Kilgore and Lucious "Tadpole" Kilgore.
She is survived by: her grandson Wesley Tomlinson (Michelle); and her great grandchildren, Austin Tomlinson, Brandon Tomlinson, Zoey Tomlinson and Bailey Hamm. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
