He is survived by: his wife Darlene Dowdy Tillman; his stepson Jason Daniel Carlton (Julie); his stepgrandchildren, Payton Carlton Pulley (David), Ian Carlton and Jordan Smith; his stepgreat-grandson Julian Pulley; his sister-in-law Louise Blackaby; and his niece Pat Owens. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and other extended family.
