He is survived by: his wife Judy Williams West of Moultrie; his children, Dr. Joseph Eugene West (Meredith) of Gainesville and Amanda West Horne (Chad) of Norman Park, Georgia; his grandchildren, Gabe Horne, Chandler Horne, Stephen West and Anna West; and his sisters, Elizabeth West Poole of Moultrie and Juanita West McFarland of Funston, Georgia. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
